1. Overview & Scope

This Subscriptions & Refunds Policy (the "Policy") explains how paid subscriptions to Fit Oracle work — your free trial, how billing and automatic renewal work, how to cancel, and how refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference; if there is any conflict, the Terms of Service govern except where this Policy is more specific about billing.

Fit Oracle is operated by Fit Oracle LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). This Policy applies to all paid plans offered through the Service. Current plan names and prices are shown on our Pricing page and on the checkout screen before you pay — those screens, not this Policy, are the source of truth for the price you will be charged.

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, and our refund policy follows Paddle's. See Section 5.

2. Your 7-Day Free Trial & How to Avoid Being Charged

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. When you start a subscription, you get 7 days of full access at no charge.

The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days, and we (through our payment provider) will charge the payment method you provided for the plan and price you selected. We disclose this to you, and you consent to it, on the checkout screen before you enter your payment details — the trial length, the date it converts, the price, and the renewal cadence are all shown to you there, next to where you confirm.

We will remind you before you are charged. We will send you a reminder by email before your free trial converts to a paid charge, so the conversion is never a surprise. This reminder is in addition to the confirmation we send when you sign up.

How to avoid being charged. If you do not want to be charged, cancel at any time during the 7-day trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged, and you keep access until the trial period ends. See Section 4 for how to cancel.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. After your free trial converts, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every 1, 3, or 12 months, depending on the plan you chose — at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can see your plan and next renewal date in Settings → Subscription.

We will remind you before longer renewals. For any plan with a term of one year or longer (such as the 12-month plan), we will send you a renewal reminder by email before each renewal, telling you the renewal date, the amount and frequency of the charge, and how to cancel.

Currency and taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; any government taxes that apply are shown before you confirm.

Keep your payment details current. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. See Section 7 for what happens if a payment fails.

4. How to Cancel (Cancel Anytime)

You can cancel at any time, and it is easy. You do not have to call anyone, wait on hold, or explain why.

Cancel in the app (fastest). Go to Settings → Subscription and select Cancel subscription. Your cancellation is processed immediately, and we will confirm it by email. Because you signed up online, you can cancel online — in the same place, with no extra steps.

Cancel by email. If you prefer, email us at contact@fitoracle.ai from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We will process it promptly and confirm.

What happens when you cancel. When you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew after that. We do not lock you out early. If you cancel during your free trial, you are not charged. For refunds, see Section 5.

Retention offers. If we ever show you a discount or other offer at the moment you try to cancel, we will always show a direct way to finish cancelling right alongside it, so an offer never gets in the way of cancelling.

5. Refunds — 14-Day Request Window

Requesting a refund — 14-day request window. You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge; Paddle reviews each request under Paddle's refund policy and issues any approved refund to your original payment method. A refund is a request, not a guarantee — Paddle's 14-day right of withdrawal attaches to your first payment, and later renewal charges may be refundable at Paddle's discretion but are not guaranteed. To request one, contact us at contact@fitoracle.ai or use the receipt Paddle sent you.

How refunds work with Paddle. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, in line with Paddle's refund policy. Paddle reviews refund requests and issues approved refunds to your original payment method.

After the 14-day window. Once 14 days have passed since a charge, you can still cancel at any time (see Section 4): your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your free trial comes first. Because every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, you can try Fit Oracle before any charge at all — and after your first charge you have 14 days to request a refund, which Paddle reviews under its refund policy.

6. Price Changes & How They Interact with Renewal

We will tell you before a price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we change the price that applies to your subscription, we will give you advance notice before the new price takes effect, in a way you can keep, along with how to cancel.

A price change never charges you by surprise. A new price only takes effect at your next renewal after the notice. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect and your subscription simply ends at the close of your current paid period (see Section 4). You can request a refund after a charge as described in Section 5 (Paddle reviews each request under its refund policy).

7. Failed Payments & Involuntary Cancellation

If a renewal payment fails, we (through Paddle) may try the charge again over a short period and will typically let you know so you can update your payment method in Settings → Subscription.

If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or cancel your paid access until a valid payment is made. You can resubscribe at any time.

8. How Refunds Are Issued

Method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase; we cannot refund to a different method.

Timing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. How quickly the money then appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Merchant of record. Payments and refunds for Fit Oracle are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your subscription. Refunds are issued through Paddle in line with Paddle's refund policy, and your card statement may show Paddle (or a Paddle descriptor) for the charge.
